William Russell has more
than thirty years of business brokerage experience.
During that time he sold a wide variety of businesses
and personally worked with several national business and
political leaders.
In addition to selling
businesses, William Russell has owned and operated major
businesses including a prestigious art gallery, a
chemical distribution company and an IMAX theater.
He also personally held a manufacturing license from the
National Football League to manufacturer official NFL
products.
William Russell was one of
the first members of Texas Association of Business
Brokers (TABB) that was chartered in 1981. He has been
a member of the Dallas and San Antonio chapters and is
currently active with the Houston chapter.
William Russell strives to
only list quality businesses that are properly priced
and have verifiable financial records. He emphasizes,
to both buyers and sellers, the importance of being
reasonable and negotiating in good faith.
William Russell has
considerable experience in preparing business plans that have assisted businesses
owners and buyers
in securing bank loans and SBA guaranteed loans.
William Russell is uniquely qualified to understand the
concerns of both the buyers and the sellers and has the
experience necessary to negotiate and structure the
terms of the sales transaction in a manner that
