Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices.

a business being offered for sale, business
valuations can be used to present to a
lender for expansion financing, to attract
a financial partner, for estate planning,
business litigation or partner disputes
and divorce settlements.
Comparative Analyses
Reports are compiled from the
various business brokerage data bases
comparing similar businesses as they relate
to cash flow, assets, revenue and sales
price.
Demographic Reports
incorporate color maps of a requested
areas, graphically depicting specified
components from the following options:
Population, Income, Home values, Age,
Education, Employment density, Ethnic
mix and density, Businesses by density
and category, Consumers expenditures by
